MP meets St Philips Howard School at Westminster event
Arundel and South Downs MP Nick Herbert met young campaigners from the St Philip Howard Catholic High School when they attended an event at Westminster to highlight the 'Send My Friend to School' campaign.
Students Georgia Dearnley, Jack Walsh, Katherine Broadhurst and Morgan Steele from the secondary school in Barnham met their MP at the Houses of Parliament on 24 June.
The event aimed to highlight the 58 million children worldwide who are still missing out on school.
Mr Herbert talked to the pupils about their campaign before giving them a personal tour of the Palace of Westminster.
Nick Herbert said: "It is always a pleasure to meet pupils from my constituency, whether in their schools or at Westminster. I hope that the St Philip Howard pupils found it an interesting and useful day."
